In this Super U Summit Talk, Nicole Vitale teaches us about natural breath and leads us in a relaxing meditation exercise.

WHO’S NICOLE?

Nicole Vitale is a certified yoga teacher, trained in alignment-based yoga, and a lover of meditation. Nicole has taught yoga at studios local to her home of New Jersey, as well as at Columbia and Pace Universities. As a leader of meditations, participants say Nicole’s voice is “smooth like honey,” and they’ve “never felt more relaxed in my life!” Nicole’s happy to be here at Super U and thanks her good friend Cristin for the invite.
