Jennifer is a motivational speaker and health coach inspired by her Grandma Espinosa, who passed away at 88. Jennifer was 100 lbs overweight, and she realized that she would never live half as long as her beloved grandmother if she continued eating the way she did. So Jennifer took steps toward creating body bliss, and one year later, was 100 lbs lighter.
