The Notable Woman is proud to present the Super U Summit, 30 empowering women speakers over 10 days.

In this Super U Summit Talk, author Stephanie Nichols teaches us how to “create your calm” as a mom.

Stephanie is a first-time author from southeastern Wisconsin. She loves to travel with her two sweet boys and reads self-help books for fun. She is known for her passionate personality and telling it like it is. She is a strong believer in the ripple effect. She believes that if we moms can do the work it takes to find that calm and heart-centered place inside ourselves, we can make a difference in the lives of our children. Her mission as a Life Coach is to help overwhelmed moms learn how to take back their lives without feeling guilty in the process. She’s working to create a world where moms stop judging and comparing and start living their best lives.

From Stephanie: We can move away from comparisons and expectations to become the mom we want to be. This talk will help you create your calm as you ask yourself these questions:

First, what’s not working right now? Then ask yourself, what kind of mom do you want to be? How do you want to show up as a mom when your kids do something they shouldn’t or don’t do what they’re supposed to? You get to decide who you want to be as a mom.
