BUSINESS COACH TANIA FOX

The Notable Woman is proud to present the Super U Summit, 30 empowering women speakers over 10 days.

In this Super U Summit Talk, business coach Tania Fox reminds us that we can never fail as long as we keep growing and trying.

WHO’S TANIA?

Born & raised in NYC, Tania is a serial entrepreneur, business coach and seriously bad leg-shaver (calf mohawk & furry ankle cuffs anyone?). Her daily FB Lives are notoriously unfiltered takes on entrepreneurial mindset, marketing and ethical capitalism. Tania is known for helping create profitable services from the sweetspot where what creators truly want to offer meets the hidden gems in the market. She currently splits her time between Montreal & NY, stopping in between to steal stuff from her mom’s fridge.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE TALK TOPIC

How to Never Fail at Anything is the hyperbolic title to Tania’s keynote talk. She stumbled upon this secret by being impressively mediocre in French, but speaking it anyway, and ultimately becoming a published and award-winning translator. By the end of her talk, you’ll believe that you too can successfully suck at anything.

FREE GIFT FOR YOU

Tania’s free gift for you is a free Unstuckery Session. You can check it out here in the group.

Angela is the owner and CEO of Her One Tribe, LLC where she hosts and coaches an online community for aspiring women to find education, inspiration, and support with their fellow sisters.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE TALK TOPIC

According to the recent Ellevest research of more than 2000 American men and women, nearly half of the women respondents felt they had to work twice as hard as their male counterparts, and 83 percent agreed that men are routinely paid more for their responsibilities and titles. This societal construct has led to many women feeling unsure of their abilities and subsequently eschew promotions, opportunities and dreams. This fraudulent feeling, dubbed Imposter Syndrome, can cause a woman to question her success despite being a high achiever.

By examining this specific form of intellectual self-doubt and reframing the way successful women think, participants can develop strategies to deal with and overcome its effects. This session tackles this sensitive subject in a humorous and interactive way that helps the audience examine their patterns of thinking and work towards silencing their inner critic.

Objectives:
1. Understand and identify the characteristics of Imposter Syndrome and how it relates to American feminine societal constructs and its prevalence among high achieving women.
2. Examine how personal, critical thoughts and actions may be identified as Imposter Syndrome effects.
3. Develop individual strategies for reducing the impact of Imposter Syndrome-like thinking.

FREE GIFT FOR YOU

Angela’s free gift for you is her Imposter-Syndrome Emergency Card! You can check it out here.
