Enjoy Stress-Free Prosperity This Holiday Season!

MINDFULNESS TEACHER, LIFE COACH, AND EFT PRACTITIONER SNEHA JHANB

The Notable Woman is proud to present the Super U Summit, 30 empowering women speakers over 10 days.

In this Super U Summit Talk, Sneha Jhanb shares 6 ways to enjoy stress-free prosperity this holiday season!

WHO’S SNEHA?

As I stepped fresh from corporate world to motherhood and business uncertainty, I realized that my stress levels shot up. My health, my confidence, my future all looked bleak from a particular stand point.

I created and succeeded. I created and failed. Failures hurt more than the successes pushed me. At that point I knew something had to change.

It was my mindset. This decision led me to a magical journey where I decided to learn NLP techniques, mindfulness and healing to change the essence of my being. This helped me become equipped to help not only myself but now I am also equipped to help other aspiring top performers with their stressors.

I hope I inspire you to change your energy and feel the strength and happiness within you. I hope my story helps you move forward in your journey strongly. I hope I inspire you to never stop, no matter how stressful everything looks like. I hope I inspire you to get your wings on your way to the top!

HEALTHCARE ADVOCATE, HEALER, AND ARTIST NANCY NETHERLAND

The Notable Woman is proud to present the Super U Summit, 30 empowering women speakers over 10 days.

In this Super U Summit Talk, healthcare advocate Nancy Netherland explores ways to find wellness and laughter in the unexpected worst of times.

WHO’S NANCY?

Nancy is a healthcare advocate and a mom-ologist with on-the-mom training in infectious disease, hepatology, rheumatology, gastrointestinology, and glitterology.  She is also a healer and an artist.

She is the mama to two kids 10 and 12 living with rare and incurable diseases. Nancy sits on the State of California’s Children’s Health Advisory Panel for Medicaid, the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Chronic Illness Clinic Advisory Council, serves as an ambassador for the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute, and is getting certified as a Health Coach through the Duke School of Integrative Medicine’s Health Coaching and the Center for Mind Body Medicine’s certification programs so she can extend the reach of this work. She wants all families who live with a chronic and life-limiting pediatric illness to have access to wellness resources.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE TALK TOPIC

From Nancy: This talk is an invitation to explore ways to experience post-traumatic growth and to find wellness and laughter in the worst of times. In less than a year – I lost my husband, my 4 year old’s liver began to fail, and my 3 year old was diagnosed with what was later discovered to be a very rare, chronic, incurable, life-limiting and potentially lethal illness. 80% of us (probably more) are exposed to traumatic events or experiences during our lives and yet few resources exist to navigate these experiences from the perspective of wellness. I set out to mindfully navigate the unexpected, and even tragic, while embracing magic, joy, and resiliency.
