Food synergy is based on creating scientifically favorable relationships between two or more items of food that work together to increase vitamin content and overall nutritional value, optimizing health and well-being.
 
She defied the odds, graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences as a single mom with two daughters.
