In this introductory episode to The Notable Woman Podcast, I explain what my goals are with creating this podcast.
This double 00 – the first podcast episode in the bunch – lets me set the stage… a woman who likes to get people fired up. A woman who likes to connect women to each other. You’ll often hear me say, “Do you know So and So? No, you need to! Your missions are perfect for each other.” At first I wasn’t sure how I could possibly exhibit the above skills, but then I realize a podcast is a perfect medium for that! And so here we are. What do we do here? We talk with notable women about the huge ways they are making an impact on their communities and the world at large. The Notable Woman is also for women who know they want to make a big impact in the world, but haven’t figured out how yet. In the first three episodes, we’re talking about performing arts, chronic illness, and religion.
IN THIS EPISODE, I EXPLORE:
- What my skills are
- How this podcast is in my wheelhouse and how that helps you
- Who I’m going to be talking to and what kind of conversations we’re going to have
- Why there one day might be a notable man (hey, it could happen)
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did creating it. You can listen now, right here from this webpage by clicking the play button below.

Cristin loves to read, the theatre, dancing in the kitchen, and her family and friends.
