Shannon is also a beautiful and talented grief photographer, helping capture moments for families that break hearts.
She’s also a parent educator with a neuroscience background and is forever explaining to me what I do with this toddler ‘o mine.
And on top of all of those amazing credentials, she’s a former professional dancer, and combining that with her neuroscience background is what she’s going to present for us as a part of this event. She is – wait for it – a delicious mover (her words, folks).

The mind, brain, and body all work together and that means that the emotions we feel and the stress we experience show up in how we physically move. We can work through this by understanding how and why this happens and how to counteract it, and that means that you can revitalize the two centers of physical movement in your body – hips and chest. Hip movement connects to and awakens drive, assertion, and confidence, while chest movement connects to and awakens compassion, understanding, and kindness.
