In this episode of The Notable Woman Podcast, I interview Boom Shikha of The Millionaire Hippie about one of her favorite topics – meditation. Boom explains the benefits of meditation, both physical and mental, why she started meditating, and also gives us tips about how we can get started. I reveal 2 (not 1, but 2!!) embarrassing moments that show why I personally need to start a meditation practice. Luckily for me, Boom advocates “micro meditations” as a way for newbies to get started. 2 to 5 minutes a day is something even I can commit to.
